Description:
Duties:
- Organize and follow structured way of clients orders' data keeping
- Coordination/ follow up with client's orders/queries:
- Enter and track client's profile in the database system
- Track client's order status, make sure all is correct
- Organize quick help for client's order if smth goes wrong
- Regular communication with clients
Requirements:
- Min 2 years of professional experience
- Very well-structured thinking and acting, self-disciplined
- Strongly client-focused
- Excellent communication skills, positive attitude
- Stress-resistance, ability for multi-tasking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Languages: English - advanced/ fluent, Arabic - advanced or native
