Description:

We are hiring Customer Service Officer for one of the leading Management Consulting Company in UAE responsible for the business across the Middle East, South Asia, Africa, and the Indian Ocean/Pacific Islands regions.

Job Location: DIFC – Dubai

Required Skills & Personal Attributes:

  • Tagalog language speakers mandatory.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multi-task and willingness to work in a challenging work environment.
  • Must have an empathic personality and ability to work in a flexible manner.
  • 2+ years of experience in client servicing/customer services

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure 100% data entry accuracy & delivery of correct reports by following customer service SOPs.
  • Respond to customer queries promptly. Perform 80% non-voice and 20% voice customer servicing.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalations with appropriate resolutions in a professional manner.
  • Engage in work-related correspondence with other regional offices.
  • Follow up with customers on relevant and related to report deliveries, and all sorts of clarifications.
