Description:

Requirements:

- Must have Customer Service Experience (Preferably Real Estate).

- Excellent Communication Skills - Written and Verbal.

- Communicating with customers through various channels.

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all time.

- Handle requests, queries and complaints appropriately.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.

- Must be a team player and can work under pressure.

- Act as the point of contact between internal/external clients.

- Office Administration and Telesales skills.

- Should be able to multitask and fulfill the assigned job at a given time.

- Must be flexible to work on Rotational Shifts.
