Customer Service Representative

 

Description:

The main responsibilities will include:

 

  • Support relationship managers in business banking and priority banking.
  • Provide accurate and relevant information regarding banking products and services.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and privacy policies.
  • Stay updated with the bank's products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and cross-sell products when appropriate.

 

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

 

  • UAE Nationals with Family Book are encouraged to apply for this position.
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in a similar role within the banking industry.
  • Good knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
