McKleenz is currently sourcing an experienced Customer Service Representative with a proven track record in a similar role. The successful candidate must be an active listener with strong emotional intelligence and selling skills. The candidate must have excellent self-control, patience and working habits whenever needed.

 

Required Skills:

 

- Proven customer support experience

- Great upselling & cross-selling skills.

- Crystal Clear English verbal and written communication with a western touch.

- Fast and effective computer skills (mainly Ms Excel, Outlook, word)

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

- Ability to manage live chats, emails and incoming calls

- Possess extensive customer service hands-on experience and seeks continuous improvement.
