Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for a full-time on-site role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner

- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and professionally

- Provide product information and assistance to customers

- Maintain customer records and update information as needed

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

-Proficiency in English and Arabic languages is mandatory (both written and spoken)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Customer service experience (minimum 2 years)
