· Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering timely and accurate assistance via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

2. Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency.

3. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

4. Collaborate with our sales team to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.

5. Keep abreast of our listings, promotions, and the overall real estate market trends.

6. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to identify improvement areas.

 

· Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5 years customer service experience, real estate sector preferred.

2. Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory for effective communication.

3. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional service and resolve complex issues.

4. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in managing multiple tasks.

5. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

6. Self-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
