  • Work closely with doctors, nurses, and administrative teams to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  • Handle patient concerns and feedback with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain an organized front desk and provide accurate information to patients.

Preferred Skills and Attributes:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally within a healthcare environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Friendly, energetic, and patient-centered personality.
