Telecommunicate Outsourcing BPO Company is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives in Dubai

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs.
  • The work will be conducted on-site in Dubai, in Al Quoz.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 months – 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Candidates must have their own visa.
  • Fluency in Arabic (both spoken and written) is a must, along with a strong command of English.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.

It is important to note that rotational shifts are required in the afternoon and evening, including a night shift from 12 am to 6 am during Ramadan.
