We are a diverse, dynamic & multi-national private district cooling services company Headquartered in Dubai and

we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our diverse team to assist our customers with their accounts, inquiries and services.

Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding them through the processes of registrations, payments, and billing queries.

To be successful in this role you should be:

• Highly presentable as a frontliner to the brand.
• An excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust.
• Have the ability to troubleshoot, find solutions.
• Able to adhere to policies and SOPs.
• A pleasant person and an effective team player.

Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all phases of client interaction.

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound calls, emails and customer in the prescribed time frame.

Qualifications

• Preferably 2-3 years of Customer Service Experience in any field.
