Customer Service Supervisor

 

Description:

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Supervisor (native Arabic speaker required) to lead and uplift our patient-facing team at Saudi German Hospital in Ajman. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on supervisor who can coach staff, maintain high patient-satisfaction standards, and quickly resolve service issues while collaborating across clinical and administrative departments. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Requirements:

  • Native Arabic speaker (mandatory).
  • Demonstrated experience as a customer service supervisor or in a comparable role within a hospital or healthcare environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional bedside manner.
  • Proven ability to manage complaints and sensitive situations calmly and effectively.
  • Excellent team leadership and training capabilities.
  • Prior UAE healthcare experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the customer service team to deliver consistently excellent patient care.
  • Oversee handling of inquiries, appointment scheduling, and patient feedback with professionalism and empathy.
  • Monitor service standards and implement improvements to enhance patient experience.
  • Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments to resolve patient concerns promptly.
  • Produce regular reports on service metrics, team performance, and areas for improvement.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate front-line staff to maintain high service quality and adherence to hospital protocols.
