ROOTS Food is on the lookout for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Support Agent to join our growing team!

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences — both in-store and online. If you’re a great communicator, a problem solver, and love helping people, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Provide prompt, friendly, and professional support to customers
• Handle inquiries across channels (in-store, phone, email, social media)
• Resolve complaints with empathy and efficiency
• Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth deliveries
• Help maintain a high standard of service and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills in English
• A customer-first attitude and solution-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus
• Comfortable with digital tools and online support systems
• Based in Dubai or able to relocate immediately
