Fleet Line Shipping is currently seeking a skilled and customer-focused Customer Services Executive – Warehousing to join our team in JAFZA, Dubai. This role is essential in ensuring smooth coordination between customers, internal departments, and suppliers, with a focus on delivering exceptional service within the warehousing segment.

The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, particularly in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations. You will be responsible for updating the receipts and deliveries of consignments in real time and ensuring precise data entries within Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for both inbound and outbound orders. Assisting in scheduling warehouse tasks and addressing any operational issues by escalating them when required is also a key part of the role.

Candidates should be well-versed in Dubai Customs and JAFZA documentation procedures and possess solid knowledge of warehouse operations and transportation workflows. The ability to prepare billing information accurately for invoicing purposes, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel), and excellent communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.
