Hiring Admin/Customer Support

Overview:
Loom Collection is recruiting six female Admin cum Customer Support staff to join our team in Dubai. This role combines front-line customer care with general administrative duties — ideal for candidates with customer-facing experience who can maintain a professional, helpful demeanour while supporting back-office tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers, respond to enquiries via phone and email, and provide product information.
  • Handle customer complaints and follow up until resolution, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Support daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scheduling and maintaining office records.
  • Coordinate appointments and assist the sales team with order processing and basic documentation.
  • Maintain tidiness and presentation of the showroom or office area as required.
  • Assist with basic social media or messaging channel enquiries where required.
  • Provide timely updates to management on customer feedback and frequently asked questions.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only.
  • Minimum 1 year of prior experience in customer support, receptionist, or administrative roles.
  • Good communication skills and a courteous, professional attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organised and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a luxury retail/furniture environment and assisting discerning clientele.
  • Basic computer literacy (email, MS Office) and familiarity with phone-based customer service.

Compensation: Salary range AED 3,000 – AED 5,000, depending on experience and fit.
