Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive (Call & Chat Support) to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers through calls and chat, ensuring prompt, professional, and accurate responses. Your primary goal is to deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to company guidelines.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Respond to customer queries via calls and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently through call and chat channels.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication.
  • Log and update customer interactions using internal systems and chat support tools.
  • Utilize MS Excel for basic reporting, data entry, and tracking customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance customer experience.
  • Adhere to company protocols, quality standards, and service-level agreements.

 

 

Skills & Requirements:

 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Hindi, Malayalam, Urdu, and Bengali is highly preferred.
  • Good typing speed with high accuracy.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, sorting, filtering).
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong problem-solving attitude and a customer-first mindset.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
