Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in the real estate industry? We're looking for a Customer Support Manager to lead our client relations team and ensure seamless post-sales and post-handover service for property buyers, tenants, and investors.

🔍 What You'll Do:
✅ Lead and manage day-to-day customer support operations
✅ Serve as the key contact for VIP clients and high-value investors
✅ Oversee handover processes, snagging, and documentation
✅ Collaborate with legal, sales, finance, and facilities teams
✅ Monitor service KPIs and drive customer satisfaction
✅ Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws (RERA, DLD)

🎯 What We're Looking For:
✔ 5–8 years in customer service (min. 2–3 years in UAE real estate mandatory)
✔ bachelor's in business or similar
✔ Experience handling post-sales service, handovers, and property registration
✔ Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws and regulations
✔ Leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
