Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels to U.S Customers.
- Inbound and outbound calls from and to our clients to enhance customer experience.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Handle High Pressure situations which includes De Escalation of Frustrated customers through providing Feasible Solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support or call center role with an American Clientage.
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and Critical Thinking abilities.
- Flexibility to work 6 days a Week with rotating Night shifts ( PST,MST And CST)
- Prior experience with Online Booking Platforms.
- Strong Knowledge of Excel.
- Must be Present and Available to join Immediately in UAE.
- Proven Work experience in American Customer service industry.
