Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels to U.S Customers.
  • Inbound and outbound calls from and to our clients to enhance customer experience.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of service quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Handle High Pressure situations which includes De Escalation of Frustrated customers through providing Feasible Solutions.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support or call center role with an American Clientage.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and Critical Thinking abilities.
  • Flexibility to work 6 days a Week with rotating Night shifts ( PST,MST And CST)
  • Prior experience with Online Booking Platforms.
  • Strong Knowledge of Excel.
  • Must be Present and Available to join Immediately in UAE.
  • Proven Work experience in American Customer service industry.
