This role is essential to the company’s data-driven approach to revolutionizing property investment and management through actionable insights and strategic analytics.

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, merging, and analyzing data from multiple sources to generate meaningful insights that drive business decisions. You'll interpret real estate trends, study customer behavior, and produce visually compelling dashboards and reports that provide real-time intelligence for internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should possess over 3 years of proven experience in data analysis, ideally within the real estate sector. Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and Google Analytics is critical, as is a deep understanding of data merging, visualization, and trend interpretation. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are also vital for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
