IQ DATA is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Data Engineer to join our lean, fast-moving team on enterprise-level, high-visibility projects. You’ll play a key role in building a robust data foundation that powers real-time dashboards and AI-driven insights—leveraging tools like Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and other cutting-edge technologies.

💡 What You’ll Do:
Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines with Fabric Data Factory, Power Query, SQL, and more.
Integrate data from multiple enterprise systems (Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, HRMS, APIs).
Design data models and maintain high data quality for BI and AI/ML initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Ensure data governance, security, and compliance are top priority.

🧠 What We’re Looking For:
5+ years as a Data Engineer in enterprise data integration projects.
Strong experience in data transformation, performance optimization, and real-time reporting.
Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, OneLake, Direct Lake) and Delta Lake architecture.
Bonus: Experience with AI/ML pipeline integration.
