Responsibilities:

handling the CRM system,

bookings,

replying customer questions,

formating files and folders,

handling the database,

scanning through information to identify information,

creating accurate spreadsheets,

storing and backing up the data,

Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails

Ordering, storing and distributing office supplies

managing telecommunication

Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel.
  • Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
  • Proficient touch typing skills.
  • Great organizatonal skills.
  • Good command of English.
