About the Role:

We’re hiring a Data Entry Controller to support our warehouse team with accurate inventory tracking and timely data updates. If you’re detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and maintain warehouse inventory data in WMS or ERP systems.
• Track goods received, dispatched, and returned
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock movement reports
• Cross-verify physical inventory with system data
• Organize and maintain digital and paper records of transactions
• Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure data accuracy
• Support stock counts, cycle counts, and audits
• Follow data confidentiality and compliance protocols

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of data entry experience in a warehouse/logistics setting
• Proficient in MS Excel; knowledge of WMS, ERP, or SAP is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
• Well-organized and good with time management
• Good communication skills in English
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Willing to work shifts as per warehouse operations

 Working Conditions:

• 9-hour duty including break + shift
• Location-based onsite work
