Data Entry Specialist

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our Logistics Team.

Ideal candidate should have the following qualities and skills.

- Good command in English both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and organizational skills and meticulous attention to details.
- Ability to pick things up quickly and effectively.
- Must be able to work effectively under pressure with less or no supervision.
- Strong analytical and common sense.
- Knowledge in MS excel is a must.
- Knowledge in JAFZA documentations

Responsibilities includes but not limited to;

- Provide all support services to the logistics department.
- To assist with the implementation done manually on excel format.
- To assist with the Purchase order done manually on excel format.
- To assist with entering Sales Order in SAP system; to ensure the accuracy of the data being entered are correct.
- To assist with checking on customer Purchase Order versus Proforma invoice entered into SAP system.
- To assist with the checking of available Stock on Hand.
- To assist with the e-commerce platform (AMAZON) orders and discrepancies.
- Filing, sorting, maintain and monitor records. scan documents and print files when needed.
- Other duties assigned from time to time.
