Data Migration Lead

Description:

A leading organization in Dubai is seeking an experienced Data Migration Lead to support large-scale CRM transformation initiatives. The role focuses on managing complex data migration activities, ensuring data quality, and supporting CRM implementation projects in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, along with a solid background in data quality management and business data governance. This is an onsite opportunity in Dubai for senior professionals with proven expertise in handling enterprise-level data migration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end data migration activities for CRM transformation projects

• Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across systems

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve data readiness and governance

• Support Salesforce or other CRM implementation and migration initiatives

• Analyze and manage customer, account, contact, service, and sales-related data

• Use SQL and Excel for data extraction, transformation, and validation tasks

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in data migration, CRM transformation, or data management roles

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

• Proven experience in improving data quality and supporting business stakeholders

• Strong understanding of enterprise-level customer and sales data structures

• Proficiency in SQL and Excel

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
