CNS Middle East is urgently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Database Administrator to join its technical team in Dubai. This role is critical to maintaining stable, secure, and high-performing database environments across mission-critical systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both relational and NoSQL database platforms while ensuring availability, performance optimization, and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, monitor, and maintain MongoDB, MS SQL Server, and PostgreSQL databases
• Manage advanced database architectures including sharding, clustering, and replication
• Optimize system performance through indexing strategies and query tuning
• Configure and manage SQL Server Always On Availability Groups
• Implement failover, high availability, and disaster recovery solutions
• Ensure database security, reliability, and operational efficiency
• Support production environments and resolve database-related issues promptly

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with MongoDB, MS SQL Server, and PostgreSQL
• Strong background in High Availability (HA) and disaster recovery frameworks
• Solid understanding of enterprise database operations and best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline
• Immediate availability or a notice period not exceeding two weeks
