Database Developer

Description:

We are seeking a Database Developer (Software Engineer) for an onsite, client-facing role in Dubai. This position is ideal for professionals with strong database development skills who can support enterprise systems and work closely with business users. The role involves hands-on development, reporting, and data warehousing support within a dynamic IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize databases using SQL and PL/SQL.
• Work extensively with Oracle databases; exposure to Amazon Redshift is an added advantage.
• Support BI and data warehousing solutions using tools such as Crystal Reports and MicroStrategy.
• Design and work with data models including Star Schema.
• Provide onsite technical support for enterprise database systems.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and PL/SQL.
• Solid knowledge of Oracle database technologies.
• Exposure to BI tools and data warehousing concepts.
• Ability to work in a client-facing, onsite environment.
