Description:

Sanco General Contracting LLC is currently seeking a skilled Debt Controller Receivables to handle accounts receivable operations and ensure effective debt recovery. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in managing outstanding invoices, tracking payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the collection of outstanding payments and follow up with clients to ensure timely settlements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records.
• Prepare and analyze aging reports to monitor overdue balances.
• Communicate professionally with clients to resolve billing issues or disputes.
• Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and ensure smooth financial operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations regarding collections.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in UAE as a debt collector or in accounts receivable management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software such as Tally.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
