Description:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Home Delivery Coordinator to join our team at Krush Burger.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Should be well experienced in monitoring the zoning of all third parties/delivery partners.
- Has to ensure that any menu changes or prices in all aspects of deliveries must be updated.
- Deal with third parties and ask for an update for any deal/promotions that can benefit a profit.
- Should be Enthusiast to perform assigned tasks
- Has to finalize and Prepare the Necessary Delivery Documents.
- Has to Ensure Delivery of products according to customer orders.
- Has to ensure that all relevant information (Product/Service Details, Address, Contact Details etc) for deliveries are obtained well in advance.
- Has to track the status of the deliveries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Has to respond promptly to delivery related inquiries of customers and in-house team members.
- Has to Notify Customers well in advance about any Delivery Delays.
- Has to ensure that products are properly Packed, Stored and Transported to avoid any accidents.
- Should be able to maintain relevant records & prepare relevant reports in a very organized way.
