Delivery Driver

Description:

The primary responsibility of this position is to deliver the shipments and early morning deliveries on time without any damage to the customer and branches. You will need to meet or exceed established targets and quality measures in a high performing team based environment.

What you will do

Ensure vehicle condition.
Ensure proper loading based on the defined route and customer
Ensure the proper dispatch documents.
Ensure on time delivery at customer end
Ensure the delivery of sales return and recall items.
Ensure proper handling of Inter branch transfers
Follow all established policy and safety guidelines in workplace.

Required skills to be successful

Valid UAE driving license
Knowledge on vehicle maintenance
Experience in delivery of goods
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand basic English

About the team
The role will report to the Team Leader and you will be working in a very busy environment.

What equips you for the role

The ideal candidate for this role should have High School qualification with a valid UAE Driving License category 3. You must be knowledgeable with the UAE traffic rules and regulations. You should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Driver in the UAE. Your basic troubleshooting knowledge is an added advantage.
