Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role within a 4- or 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
• Strong culinary skills and expertise in either hot or cold section operations.
• A passion for delivering high-quality dishes and exceptional attention to detail.
• Currently residing in the UAE.
