Description:
The sales consultant is responsible for developing new sales and generating profit through analyzing customers’ needs, identifying the right solution for customer's projects, and ensuring that the final solution is delivered as per the contract or sales order. Job duties include and are not limited to:
- Identifying project leads and developing business opportunities into project orders & contracts.
- Developing new clients and maintaining relations with existing clients and accounts.
- Ensure the correct solutions & services are delivered as per contract requirements.
- Customizing solutions by working with manufacturers and in-house design & estimation teams.
- Creating and delivering corporate and sales presentations to clients.
- Preparing technical and commercial submissions with in-house teams.
• Recommended products based on customer needs and desires, answered questions regarding products
- Maintained knowledge of sales, promotions, store policies, and security practices
- Prepared sales slips and contracts, arranged delivery, and facilitated special requests and orders
- Sold ancillary products such as insurance and service contracts, arranged financing options for customers
- Provided knowledgeable, honest, and superior customer service.
- Organized sales-floor to maintain clean and well-stocked showroom
- Assembled, cleaned, and loaded furniture into customers vehicles
- Ensured each customer received outstanding service by establishing a friendly environment through pleasant greetings and acknowledging furniture related concerns
- Exemplified outstanding customer service skills noted by patrons
- Demonstrated the ability to interact as a team member by communicating effectively with co-workers for customer satisfaction
Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in kitchens sales & design in UAE.
- High level of product knowledge with the above product lines
- MS Word and MS Excel skills a must.
- High level of English and Arabic speaking skills preferred
