Key Responsibilities

Lead FF&E & OS&E selection, sourcing, procurement, and styling for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
Prepare FF&E and OS&E specifications, schedules, mood boards, and material palettes.
Source products and coordinate with local and international suppliers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with UAE-based vendors and manufacturers.
Ensure all selected items meet project requirements, quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and project managers throughout project execution.
Stay updated on the latest market trends, materials, finishes, and furniture collections.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Interior Design with a strong focus on FF&E & OS&E.
Proven experience in furniture, lighting, fabrics, accessories, artwork, and decorative styling selections.
Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier coordination.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with software such as SketchUp, Revit, ArchiCAD, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
Strong presentation, communication, and project coordination skills.
Excellent eye for design, styling, materials, and detailing.
Currently based in the UAE.
Strong portfolio showcasing FF&E, OS&E, and furniture styling projects.
