We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer with 4+ years of hands-on experience to join our team in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Windows 10/11 and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Handle basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Manage user accounts and password resets via Active Directory.
• Offer support through remote tools like RDP, AnyDesk, TeamViewer.
• Log and manage tickets using ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
