We’re hiring an experienced, hands-on IT & DevOps Operations Specialist to join a growing tech environment in Abu Dhabi. This hybrid role blends traditional IT operations with DevOps practices — ideal for someone who enjoys both infrastructure stability and building automated delivery pipelines. You’ll work across teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations and scalable growth.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
• IT operations & network administration — hands-on experience managing servers, networks and on-prem/cloud infra.
• DevOps toolset — familiarity with Docker, Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
• Vendor management & negotiation — able to manage third-party relationships and contracts.
• Strong corporate communication & coordination — clear reporting and stakeholder management skills.
• Fast learner with a proactive approach — able to adapt to new tools and evolving requirements.
