RamaCare Polyclinic is a leading healthcare and wellness center in Dubai, offering advanced aesthetic, dermatology, laser, physiotherapy, dental, and wellness treatments. We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Beauty Therapist to join our growing team and deliver exceptional patient care and beauty services.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional beauty treatments including facials, skin treatments, body treatments, and other aesthetic procedures as per clinic protocols.
- Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable treatments and skincare products based on individual needs.
- Assist doctors and aesthetic practitioners during procedures when required.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, skincare routines, and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and client documentation.
- Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and workstations are clean, organized, and compliant with DHA and infection control standards.
- Monitor client progress and follow up on treatment outcomes.
- Promote clinic services, packages, and skincare products in a professional and ethical manner.
- Build strong relationships with patients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty, skincare, and aesthetic treatment trends and techniques.
- Support clinic marketing activities, including before-and-after documentation and patient testimonials where applicable.
Requirements
- Diploma or Certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Beauty Therapist, preferably in a clinic, dermatology, or aesthetic center.
- Knowledge of facials, skin analysis, chemical peels, hydrafacial, laser pre/post-care, and advanced aesthetic treatments.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong sales and consultation skills are an advantage.
- DHA Eligibility Letter or DHA License is preferred.
