Job Opening: Dialysis Nurse

AMSA Medical Centre & Kidney Care is currently looking for a qualified and compassionate Dialysis Nurse to join its healthcare team in Dubai. This role is suited for nursing professionals with hands-on experience in dialysis procedures and a strong commitment to patient safety and clinical excellence.

The Dialysis Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality renal care, supporting patients throughout their treatment, and working closely with the nephrology team to maintain the highest medical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform hemodialysis procedures in line with approved medical protocols
• Monitor and document patients’ vital signs before, during, and after dialysis sessions
• Prepare, operate, and maintain dialysis machines while ensuring proper hygiene and safety standards
• Provide pre-dialysis and post-dialysis care, education, and emotional support to patients
• Maintain accurate medical records and assist the clinical team with daily operations

Candidate Requirements:

• Valid DHA nursing license is mandatory
• Minimum of two years of experience in dialysis nursing
• Experience in ICU with renal care or kidney transplant patients will be considered an advantage
• Strong clinical knowledge with excellent attention to detail and patient care skills
• Compassionate, team-oriented, and dedicated to delivering quality healthcare
• Registered Nurses with ICU experience in managing kidney transplant patients are encouraged to apply
