Job Description

  • Responsible for leading the Q Digital team
  • Oversee management and development of the Q Digital portfolio
  • Part of the Q Executive Management Team
  • Build and develop the digital team, supporting with digital trainings, individual coaching and best practice standards implementation
  • Manage digital department’s budgets and growth
  • New Business: identify new revenue streams, clients and opportunities
  • New business pitching and presentations delivery to potential clients
  • Support contracts management and client retention, retained, project and campaign services agreements
  • Client facing – management and consulting
  • Brainstorm ideas for innovative content and campaigns
  • Lead digital marketing strategy for both Q and clients online presence
  • Integrated campaign planning, working with the PR team on client campaigns and new business proposals
  • Support and manage the content team with storyboard and shoot planning
  • Oversee all Q and client social media channel management
  • Oversee content creation, including copywriting
  • Oversee Social influencer relations and campaign management, including organic and paid campaigns, managing deliverables and contract agreements
  • Digital sponsorships and partnerships management
  • Lead development and management across a range of digital advertising campaigns, including paid search, SEO, website optimisation, display media and programmatic media
  • Ongoing campaign spend management and optimisation
  • Comprehensive reporting, KPI and ROI focused, analytics monitoring, channel performance evaluation
  • Strategising plans to drive traffic to the company and clients websites
  • Running online audits and research projects to aid the team in devising new strategies

Key Competencies

  • Strong understanding of the current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
  • Extensive experience and proven success in social media marketing – content and advertising campaigns
  • Proven success leading and developing a team
  • Hands on experience creating content and managing video/photo shoots
  • Experience managing SEO, website optimisation and online media buying
  • Knowledge of CVM and CRM tactics
  • Experience in using Hootsuite scheduling too


  • 7+ years working in the related field
  • Degree in digital marketing, marketing, new media technology or related field
