Digital And Social Media Executive

Description:

As a Digital Media Executive at Kreston Menon, you will be an integral part of our

Corporate Communications, Branding, and Marketing team, responsible for creating

engaging multimedia content that resonates with our audience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement corporate communication strategies to enhance brand reputation.

• Craft compelling narratives for various corporate materials, including social media posts,

reels, stories, website pages, blogs, newsletters, presentations, and some print materials.

• Manage and curate content for our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram,

Facebook, Thread, Twitter & Youtube) ensuring consistent branding & messaging.

• Plan and publish posts using social media scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Planable,

Sprout Social and Meta Business Suite.

• Design graphics for digital & some print materials using Adobe Creative Suites.

• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines & convey the intended message effectively.

• Assist in taking quality photographs & short videos during company events, official visits

and ad-hoc employee activities.

• Coordinate changes & functional upgrades for Wordpress websites (knowledgeable with

web development, WordPress plugins, divi themes, HTML, CSS, CMS tools & web hosting).

• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends & best practices in digital marketing.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Multimedia, Communication, or a related field.

• Proven experience in corporate communication, social media management & design.

• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, PhotoShop, InDesign, etc...

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and website development.

• Basic knowledge of photography and video editing is a plus.

• Excellent English communication and writing skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines & manage multiple tasks.
