Responsibilities:

1. Lead the Digital Transformation related to Marketing, Sales

& Events.

2. Provide support to E-commerce activities.

3. Implementation and management of Digital Processes.

4. Management of existing website and supporting web-based

platforms.

5. Implementation of digital communication practices for internal

events and sales optimisation.

6. Digital project management involving multiple departments.

7. Implementation of new digital communication practices for

internal events and sales departments.

8. Maintain all relevant information of company websites. (SEO

knowledge is not a pre-requisite but an advantage).

 

Required Knowledge/skills:

1. Thorough understanding of E-commerce.

2. Skilled with Google AdWords. (Certification is a bonus)

3. Experience in POS software.

4. Thorough understanding of website management and supporting

web-based platforms (Word press, 3rd-party applications).

5. Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft office programs,

specifically Excel.

6. Possesses exceptional English reading, writing and verbal

communication skills.

7. Experience with analytics and tracking the digital customer

journey.

8. Implementation of the latest UX and UI trends.

9. Strong understanding of general business practices across

different verticals.

10. Solid understanding of the digital marketing matrix.

11. UAE nationals preferred.
