Digital Marketing Analyst



We are seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to join our marketing team. The primary responsibility of the role is to initiate and enhance digital campaigns across multiple digital marketing platforms and outside vendors. This position will also be responsible for providing reporting and analysis of each channel’s performance, as well as assisting in strategy and planning. The ideal candidate is data-driven and has experience manipulating data and designing reports that tell a clear story.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Collecting and analyzing customer, marketing, and web behavioral data.
  • Testing campaigns, analyzing key metrics, and identifying opportunities to increase campaign performance.
  • Developing and presenting learnings from your analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Developing digital campaign and web measurement strategies.
  • Creating dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports.
  • Monitoring and analyzing digital media and marketing trends.
  • Communicating and presenting to colleagues, senior managers, and clients.
  • Provides accurate tracking of all online acquisition and transactional-based projects by ensuring collaborative cross-departmental coordination.
  • Takes responsibility and accountability for validating online reporting and tracking data quality and consistency; and is accountable for valid and reliable analyses.

Professional Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 5+ years of related online marketing analytics, web analytics, research experience.
  • Experience with analytical and reporting tools, including (not limited to) Tableau, Google Analytics, and Data Studio.
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing across social, display, and programmatic platforms.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong interpersonal as well as coordination skills.
  • Ability to communicate directly with peers, managers, and clients while leading development to a completed and successful solution.
  • Strong organization skills to manage multiple timelines and complete tasks quickly within the constraints of clients’ timelines and budgets.
