Digital Marketing And E-commerce Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Digital Marketing & E-commerce Executive to join our rapidly growing Resort and Ready-to-Wear fashion brand based in Dubai. As we expand our digital presence, we are looking for a creative and analytical professional to drive brand visibility, engagement, and online growth.

 

This role is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, preferably within the fashion industry, who possesses a strong aesthetic sense, technical expertise, and a passion for creating impactful digital experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Digital Strategy & Performance

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and audience insights.

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive benchmarks.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.

 

E-commerce & Shopify Management

• Manage and optimize the Shopify platform to ensure a seamless customer journey.

• Implement product updates, pricing strategies, and seasonal campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.

• Enhance UX and site navigation to drive engagement and conversions.

• Execute SEO best practices to expand global brand visibility.

 

Content Creation & Brand Aesthetics

• Develop visually compelling digital assets, including videos, graphics, and imagery, for website, social media, and marketing campaigns.

• Edit over 200+ seasonal e-commerce images with speed and precision.

• Conceptualize and design seasonal lookbooks that are innovative and aligned with the brand’s identity.

• Edit campaign images for use across digital and print marketing channels.

 

Email Marketing & Retargeting

• Develop and execute targeted newsletter campaigns with engaging, personalized content.

• Utilize segmentation and A/B testing to improve open and click-through rates.

 

Paid Media & Ads Management

• Collaborate with external digital agencies to execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram Ads) that drive traffic and conversions.

• Monitor ad performance, optimize bidding strategies, and refine targeting for maximum ROI.

 

Influencer & PR Coordination

• Assist in managing relationships with influencers and media partners to expand brand reach.

 

VIP & Customer Engagement

• Develop and execute strategies to nurture VIP customers, ensuring retention and increased repeat purchases.

• Provide e-commerce customer service support, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or related roles (fashion industry preferred).

• Strong understanding of Shopify, UX optimization, and SEO best practices.

• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and retargeting strategies.

• Expertise in video editing and graphic design (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Canva).

• Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills to interpret campaign performance.

• Creative thinker with a strong aesthetic sense and passion for fashion.

• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
