Hiring Digital Marketing Assistant
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team and drive the growth of our training courses business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a strong track record of successfully promoting products in the education or training industry.
Location: Sheikh Zayed Road. The Curve – Dubai
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing and sales strategies to increase enrollment in our training courses
- Create and execute campaigns across multiple digital channels including phone calls, events, Public relationship, gatherings, Influencers, email, and social media.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results
- Develop engaging and educational content, such as reels, videos, blog posts and webinars, to position our courses as the best in the market
- Work closely with our administrator and educator teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into sales and marketing strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in ales, digital marketing, with a focus on product promotion
- Proven track record of successfully promoting education or training products
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including phone calls, events, Public relationship, gatherings, Influencers, email, and social media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Arabic and must be fluent in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
