Description:
The Marketing Executive oversees all aspects of digital marketing, e-commerce operations, and marketing initiatives to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales growth. This role ensures smooth execution of campaigns across digital channels, social media, email marketing, and e-commerce platforms while supporting budget planning, reporting, and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing & Campaigns
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube campaigns, and ensure creatives are refreshed regularly.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and internal reporting dashboards.
- Execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automation workflows.
- Monitor website analytics, conversions, and online inquiries.
2. Social Media Management
- Oversee Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn accounts.
- Prepare monthly content calendars and coordinate with internal teams for post approvals.
- Create posts, captions, quote posts, reels, and cross-post content to multiple platforms.
- Support social media content for special occasions and marketing initiatives.
3. E-Commerce & Inventory Management
- Manage product listings, inventory, and orders on Shopify, Amazon, and Home Centre portals.
- Ensure accurate stock levels, product information, and brand approvals for new products.
4. Website & Digital Assets
- Maintain the company website and implement updates promptly.
- Manage website backups, tutorials, and coordinate with developers/hosting providers as needed.
- Support interactive tools like 3D configurators and virtual showrooms.
5. Content & Creative Support
- Capture and edit photographs of products for marketing, social media, and brochures.
- Create datasheets, QR codes, presentations, and digital marketing assets.
- Assist in magazine ads, exhibitions, and corporate events with creative and marketing support.
6. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate reporting for website performance, sales inquiries, and ad campaigns.
- Organize digital assets, templates, presentations, and email signature templates.
7. Budget & Vendor Coordination
- Assist in annual marketing budget planning and monitor expenditures.
- Coordinate with vendors for printing, exhibitions, and advertising campaigns.
- Liaise with external partners for creative, digital, and print initiatives.
8. Reports To: General Manager / Director of Operations / Head of Sales
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Motivated, energetic team player, and eager to build a career in luxury
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
- Experience managing e-commerce platforms: Shopify, Amazon, Home Centre portals.
- Proficiency in WordPress, Canva, Photoshop, Zoho and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organization and project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reporting.
- Self-organized, disciplined, and comfortable managing your own schedule.
- Effective communication and coordination skills for internal teams and external vendors.
- Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in luxury retail or premium products marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and analytics dashboards
