We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to work with a leading Brand in Dubai!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through measurable and ROI-focused strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads), LinkedIn Ads, and other performance channels.
- Manage budgets and ensure optimal allocation to maximize ROAS and CPA targets.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards, and marketing automation tools.
- Develop data-driven insights and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance.
- Monitor key metrics including CPC, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and ROI.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams for ad creatives, landing pages, and funnel optimization.
- Implement tracking pixels, conversion events, and performance dashboards.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Proven experience managing paid campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with attribution models and conversion tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications (preferred).
