Digital Marketing Executive

Description:

MS Homes Developers is seeking a creative and performance-focused Digital Marketing Executive to join their growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong design skills with data-driven marketing strategies, especially within the competitive real estate sector. The selected candidate will play a key role in enhancing the company’s digital presence, driving lead generation, and building strong brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and display advertising

• Create visually appealing and engaging marketing materials such as social media creatives, property brochures, and other digital assets using tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite

• Handle and expand the company’s social media presence on platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using relevant metrics such as ROI and KPIs

• Optimize landing pages and customer journeys to maximize lead generation and conversion rates

• Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all online platforms

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (experience in Dubai’s real estate market is highly advantageous)

• Strong expertise in Figma and Canva, with a keen eye for high-end design aesthetics and layouts

• Good understanding of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics

• Experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns through Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Candidates must currently hold a valid UAE residency visa (Freelance, Spouse, or Self-Sponsored)
