Nouba Real Estate is expanding to UK, We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to create, manage, and optimise online campaigns that generate high-quality buyer leads from the UK and EU. You’ll work closely with our London team to ensure all campaigns align with our brand and sales objectives, while being executed locally from Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and run UK/EU-targeted digital campaigns for Dubai property sales.
• Manage lead generation through Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and CRM tools.
• Optimise landing pages, ad creatives, and targeting to maximise ROI.
• Monitor performance data, report results, and adjust strategies for improvement.
• Collaborate daily with the London HQ team for campaign approvals and updates.
What We’re Looking For
✅ 2–3 years of digital marketing experience (real estate preferred).
✅ Proven track record in lead generation for high-value sales.
✅ Deep understanding of UK/EU online marketing standards and audience behaviour.
✅ Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and CRM systems.
✅ Data-driven, analytical mindset with strong reporting skills.
✅ Excellent communication skills in English.
