We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead in the planning, execution, and optimizing our online marketing efforts.

About the Role

We are searching for a highly-creative digital marketing manager to lead our marketing team. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations. Your central goal is to help grow our brand’s influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.

The ideal candidate is to develop strong and innovative strategies to promote the business brand, products, and services. And is expected to effectively use all marketing tools and techniques like PPC, SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.

Core Responsibilities

· Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.

· Manage our websites and resolve technical issues.

· Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update websites.

· Manage SEO (keyword, image, and content on-page optimization, technical performance, etc.)

· Create HTML emails and organize their distribution through various channels.

· Build and maintain relationships with agencies and vendor partners.

· Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, email campaigns.

· Measure and report performance of digital marketing efforts and assess against goals.

· Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.

· Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

· Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimize user funnels.

· Manage marketing automation software.

· Develop and launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook, etc.

· Develop and manage eCommerce platform.

· Oversee and manage all contents, promotions, and giveaways.

Qualifications

· More than 5 years of Proven Experience in Digital Marketing

· Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices

· Analytical mindset and critical thinking

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Working knowledge of ad serving tools

· Experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and Google AdWords/display advertising campaigns

· Solid knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends, Moz Pro, etc.)

· Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress, Drupal, WooCommerce, JavaScript, Shopify, and Word Press development

· Experience in seeding content on social media, interacting with followers, and creating a ‘buzz’.

· Experience in overseeing UX and analytics

· Experience in working with social influencer and affiliate programs.

Desirable

· Be able to demonstrate advanced knowledge of the web, instant messaging, social and video applications’ trends

· The ability to influence beyond direct responsibilities in terms of a customer-first, digital-first mindset.

Essential

· Communicate effectively and at all levels.

· Have a high level of personal responsibility, and be able to establish and initiate own work and set own objectives and milestones. Be capable of advising and offering objectives for others.

· The ability to suggest and develop creative ideas and treatments for online content (such as video, copy, images) for multi-channel campaigns.
