As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining a robust online presence for Worldfield. Your primary focus will be on building brand awareness, driving traffic to our website, and generating qualified leads through effective online marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall goals to establish our online and offline presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement the strategy and monitor its effectiveness.
Website Management:
- Oversee the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for lead generation.
- Regularly update website content to reflect current property listings, new developer launches, and relevant content pertaining to the Dubai RE industry.
Email Marketing:
- Create and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and engage with potential buyers.
- Develop and manage email marketing automation workflows to enhance efficiency.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Create engaging content, including posts, images, and videos, to promote brand awareness and drive user engagement.
Property Portal Credits Strategy:
- Manage property portal credits effectively to maximize visibility and lead generation.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of property listings on various portals and adjust strategies accordingly.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of online marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager with a focus on online channels, preferably in the real estate industry.
