As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and executing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Digital Strategies
  • Create and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign execution across social media, paid media, SEO, email marketing, and website optimization.
  • Paid Media & Performance Marketing
  • Plan and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads) to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance.
  • SEO & Content Marketing
  • Develop SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
  • Work with content creators to produce engaging, high-quality digital content.
  • Social Media & Community Management
  • Oversee the brand’s presence on social media platforms, ensuring consistency and engagement.
  • Collaborate with influencers, KOLs, and partners for brand collaborations.
  • Data & Performance Analytics
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Data Studio to track and report key performance metrics.
  • Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to improve performance.
  • Collaboration & Leadership
  • Work closely with creative, PR, and strategy teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members in digital best practices.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or brand-side role.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, CRM tools, and social media marketing.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Creativity & Innovation: A passion for storytelling and staying ahead of digital trends.
  • Leadership & Communication: Experience in team management and working with cross-functional teams.
