Digital Marketing Manager

 

Description:

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead all digital marketing efforts for Beyond Dome. You will develop and execute a high-performance marketing funnel that attracts dome visitors (B2C) and corporate clients (B2B), working closely with content teams, designers, event producers, and management.

 

This role is both strategic and hands-on—ideal for a results-driven, creative thinker who thrives in fast-paced, entertainment-focused environments.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities
Funnel Strategy & Execution

 

Design and optimize end-to-end digital marketing funnels for both B2C ticket sales and B2B event bookings

Create lead-generation systems for sponsors, event agencies, and corporate clients

Set up automated journeys (email/SMS/retargeting) to nurture visitors and convert leads

 


 

Content & Channel Management

 

Manage all digital communication channels: Website, Social Media, Email, WhatsApp, SMS, etc.

Develop and execute content plans with internal creative team and partners

Oversee community management, engagement campaigns, and influencer collaborations

 


 

Performance & Paid Advertising

 

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic

Analyze performance data, generate reports, and ensure high ROAS and CPA targets

Manage and scale ad budgets with a clear focus on revenue and brand visibility

 


 

Brand & Campaign Management

 

Launch and manage campaigns for shows, festivals, corporate events, and educational programs

Collaborate with partners (e.g., Dubai Tourism, Mall Marketing, Agencies) on joint promotions

Ensure brand alignment across all channels and touchpoints

 


 

Analytics, CRM & Optimization

 

Set up and manage tracking across platforms (GA4, Meta Pixel, CRM)

Build dashboards for weekly/monthly reporting on KPIs

Continuously improve based on insights: traffic, conversion, CAC, LTV

 

 

 

Requirements

 

Must-Haves

 

5+ years experience in digital marketing, ideally in entertainment, events, tourism, or startup/tech

Proven ability to build marketing funnels and lead generation systems

Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok)

Strong knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation, analytics

Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
