Career Pro Recruitment Agency is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager for one of our clients. This role will lead end-to-end digital marketing strategy and execution across performance, content, and brand channels with a strong focus on measurable growth. You’ll manage campaigns, budgets, and reporting, while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver consistent results.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute the digital marketing strategy across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube (as relevant).

Plan and manage paid campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Paid Social), including targeting, creatives, tracking, and optimization.

Develop and manage the monthly content and campaign calendar aligned with business objectives.

Work with designers/copywriters to produce high-performing creatives and landing pages.

Improve lead generation and conversion through CRO, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.

Set up and maintain tracking via Google Tag Manager, GA4, pixels, and conversion APIs where needed.

Manage and report on KPIs like CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, CTR, and lead quality.

Coordinate with sales/CRM teams to ensure leads are tracked properly and followed up on (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).

Lead SEO basics: keyword planning, on-page improvements, and working with vendors for technical SEO (if applicable).

Monitor competitors and market trends, recommending improvements and new campaign ideas.

Manage agencies/vendors when required (media buying, SEO, content production).

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).

4–7 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (agency or in-house).

Strong experience running and optimizing Google Ads + Meta Ads (must-have).

Comfortable with data and reporting, including GA4 and GTM.

Proven track record in lead generation and improving campaign performance over time.

Strong understanding of funnels, landing pages, and conversion optimization.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in UAE/GCC markets is a plus.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

CRM and marketing automation experience (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce).

LinkedIn Ads experience for B2B lead generation.

Basic design sense and ability to guide creatives (even if you’re not designing yourself).

Experience in recruitment, staffing, real estate, education, or service-based industries.
